Frequently Asked Questions

We would firstly like to stress that it is in your own best interests to make sure you place your order in good time for any event, match etc. Please let us know (before you order) if you require your stuff in a hurry and we can let you know whether it's possible or not. 

~ How much is postage/delivery to my country?

Postage costs depend on the destination country as well as the overall weight of the parcel being shipped. You will be able to see the total cost before you place your order.

~ How long should I expect to wait before getting my stuff?

We aim to process (print) and despatch your order within one week of receiving payment. This can sometimes be quicker or slower, depending on stock availability etc. but generally, within the UK you can expect your order in just over one week, further afield it will obviously take longer.

~ I haven't received my stuff. What can you do for me?

If you have been waiting for more than three weeks for your order, please email us and we will look into it for you. If your order has been lost in the post we will of course offer either a full refund or replacements.

{Royal Mail (our primary-use courier) will not accept claims for loss until 10 working days (2 weeks) after the item has been posted. Please be aware of this. 

~ I've ordered the wrong size... I'm usually a ladies medium but the ladies skinny-fit is a bit too tight... can I have a replacement...?

Sorry about this, but here's The Lecture.

All of our stuff is 'made-to-order'. We don't have a supply of ready-printed goods sitting here waiting to be posted out. So, once we receive your order, we print to your specifications, ie: colour, size, item type, County name, sport etc...

We've gone to great lengths throughout this site to emphasise the need to check your size before ordering. We're not being deliberately antsy, it's because any time we have exchanged goods in the past it has always been because of the ladies skinny-fit t-shirts. They are fitted. Like socks or a bikini. You wouldn't want these to be loose and baggy. If you prefer a larger/looser fit we suggest you order a bigger size, or opt instead the unisex adult t-shirt. Therefore, we will only accept returns for faulty/damaged goods. We apologise that we will not accept returns for wrong sizes ordered. 

We don't want to have to withdraw the availability of the ladies skinny-fit t-shirts, so we would gratefully appreciate it if you could bear this in mind before ordering.

With the rest of our items, the sizing we give has come direct from the manufacturer, and so we can't get any more specific than that. Please ensure that you order the correct size.

~ I'd like to place a bulk order. Is there anything you can do for me on price...?

Absolutely. Please get in touch with us about your requirements (be as specific as possible) and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

~ I'd like to place an order for our Club. Can we have our Club name/nickname and colours on one of your designs?

Of course you can! The copyright of our designs still remain with us, and we will be the only ones able to print you the design, but we can do that for you no problem. Again, just email us with any requirements and we'll get right back to you. 

~ My order has arrived damaged. How can I return it for an exchange/refund?

We're very sorry about that. Please be assured that when it left our premises it was in perfect condition. However, sometimes things can get damaged in transit. Please send us photos of the damage via email, showing as much detail as possible. Then we will get back to you regarding returning the items (we will need them back in order to start a claim from RM) but we will of course pay any postage costs. We can then offer you either a full refund or a replacement, whichever you'd prefer.
